Consultancy
General consultancy is available, ranging from, Business Change, Business Analysis and modeling to Project/Programme Management and Product Management.

Business Analysis - Provides a structured and controlled approach to the review of business needs and ultimately delivers resultant changes and analyses your core needs and objectives.

Product Management - Definition and planning of product lines and product enhancements. We take the lead in establishing tactical plans and objectives to ensure the best possible outcome.

Project/Programme Management - We have the ability to plan, monitor and control variables and take timely action when deviation from the plan occurs. We will manage the day to day management of the programme and we operate industry standard tools and mechanisms for control of and reporting against programmes and are experienced with a range of bespoke software tools.

Training - Technical Training on either the Product or Technology associated with TETRAtab is available on request and bespoke courses to suit your needs are also available.

Vehicle Installation - Installation of in car docking station for the TETRAtab.
