TETRAtab has delivered a fully featured bespoke docking solution.

 

The docking station supports a wide range of applications designed to meet the needs of all users.

 The docking station allows the TETRAtab hand held UMPC range to be docked securely within a vehicle when required, whilst ensuring maximum usability and security.

TETRAtab has engineered the docking solution to be used fixed in-vehicle, but it can also be mounted elsewhere within the vehicle to suit any use case including multi-user and highly discrete solutions with the availability of visor mounted and dash board mounted screens.

The docking solution has been designed for mounting the TETRAtab Horizon and Sprint into various locations including within a vehicle and desk top using a common adapter module.

The vehicle docking solution provides a number of mountable options including dashboard mounted, glove box or boot of the vehicle. Extra screens are available as either dashboard, visor or headrest mounted.

The docking station also provides a host of inter connections including power, wired or wireless keyboards, RF connection to external antennae, GPS via USB, Ethernet connection, Multi-port USB hub, VGA to external monitor/s and SD card reader which allows the TETRAtab to operate in touch screen mode throughout.

The dock locks securely with a key lockable mechanism to prevent unwanted removal of the tablet.
